Made-to-Order Products

All Kalabula products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Personal preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the size guide on each product page and compare measurements with similar garments they already own before completing a purchase.


Eligible Refunds

We will issue a refund if the issue is caused by us or our production partners, including:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Misprinted items

  • Incorrect items received

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
