Because our items are produced on demand, we ask all customers to carefully review the information below before placing an order.


Made-to-Order Products

All Kalabula products are printed or produced on demand after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Personal preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page and comparing measurements with similar garments you already own before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item or wrong design)

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we may:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation

If the issue is caused by us or our production partners, we take full responsibility.


How to Request Support

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Providing detailed information helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Normal variations in color due to screen display differences

  • Minor production variations within acceptable quality standards
